Custom Millwork Pricing
Labour only – material is not included. You purchase MDF or oak/walnut veneer directly, so you have control over the cost. Our pricing is often more competitive than larger millwork or kitchen companies.
Custom Wall Units & Libraries
$35–$50 per sq ft (depends on complexity)
Wine Cellars
$50–$60 per sq ft
For all custom millwork and some paneling projects, we provide a free 3D rendering so you can review and adjust the design before we start. This helps you see the final look and understand the cost up front, making it easy to compare with other options like kitchen cabinets.

White Oak arch cabinet
In this time-lapse video featuring the construction of a White Oak arch entrance closet. Commissioned during the peak of COVID, witness our hands-on approach as we craft the arch ratio using traditional carpentry methods and hand-cut the understructure with a jigsaw. Despite supply challenges, we creatively wrap the cabinet in oak veneer board, showcasing our adaptability in challenging times.
Red oak wincecellar and bar 🌳🍷
We employed the same material as the stairs to achieve a seamless continuation of the staircase, while the stone countertop and sinkware add a refined contrast to enhance the overall aesthetic of this build.

Coldroom to Winecellar 🌳🍷
Transformation of a cold room to a wine cellar. Our builders drilled a vent core through the foundation walls for proper cross ventilation. Venting cold rooms is key to preventing mold growth. It also ensures optimal temperatures and humidity for storing wine bottles.
The sheets of wood used in this build are fine birch veneer with plywood core. These are effective for areas that fluctuate in humidity and temperature. We typically use it for window extensions in basements. They can also be stained or painted. In this case this wine cellar will be stained a darker tone.
Oak bookshelf with rolling ladder
We constructed the ladder using solid oak, not only to control costs for our clients but also to infuse the build with a sense of character and authenticity.
