Why Choose Us for Your Trim Carpentry Needs?
With our team, you get high-quality craftsmanship personally overseen by the two company owners, all at a very competitive price. We are transparent—our full price list is shared upfront so you can compare with other contractors. Our pricing is based on the time each job takes, and we charge all homeowners and builders the same rates. If your project schedule matches ours, we can take care of it.
Our Limitations:
We are a family business and choose projects carefully. Our schedule is limited—we do not take overlapping jobs and always deliver on time. We only work on residential buildings with accessible parking, so we do not accept condo or townhouse projects.
Our Process: Fast, Clean, and Professional
For a free consultation, we provide a detailed quote for every piece of trim needed—doors, casing, linear feet of baseboard and shoe, and more. We never order materials ourselves. If you choose Central Fairbank, we can calculate exactly what you need and give you a list, so you can get a direct quote and pay them yourself. If you prefer Balmoral or Brenlo, their wood brokers can help you with the material list and pricing. This way, you always know the true cost of materials, and we only charge for our labour.
For a typical project with about 30 doors, 15 windows, 800 linear feet of baseboard, and stair trim repair, the turnaround time is about two weeks, ready for painters to start.

FAQ
How quickly can you start?
If our schedule is open and trim materials are ready, we can start right away. For urgent jobs, it’s best to have multiple trusted finish carpenters on call. The best way to secure your spot is to book 2–3 months in advance.
What types of trim do you install?
We install modern, modern scribed, and traditional trim. We do not take on trimless options, as those require close coordination with plaster contractors.
Can you handle both small and large jobs?
Yes, we can do both. Most of our schedule is filled with clients booking full custom home trim projects. If our schedule is open, we can take on smaller jobs, but ideally, these should be almost full renovations or full trim replacements to fit our workflow.
What’s your pricing structure?
All pricing details are listed above.
Are you insured and WSIB compliant?
Yes, we have both insurance and WSIB compliance.
